Harbourfront Group is pleased to have formed the following strategic alliances:

Black & Veatch Corporation and Harbourfront Group continue to grow their strategic alliance for the provision of specialized consulting services that require the breadth of skill sets that are resident in both firms. Through this alliance, Harbourfront Group can offer expanded coverage of assignments that are and will continue to be important to our clients--rate case support, comparative economic studies, peak load management and energy efficiency studies, risk management strategies and analyses, generation benchmarking, peak load and energy forecasting and financial-related consulting.

In order to forge a more substantive alliance, Harbourfront Group's CEO, George L. Fitzpatrick, has been named Managing Director of Black & Veatch's Enterprise Management Solutions division, a part-time position that allows both companies to strategize and cooperate more closely on a wide variety of consulting opportunities and client needs.

Apogee Interactive Inc. and Harbourfront Group continue to collaborate on Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency program designs, potential assessments and specialized engineering analysis through their ongoing strategic alliance.

George Fitzpatrick often teams up with Apogee's founders, Susan and Joel Gilbert, to research new energy efficiency and peak load reduction applications and strategies for our clients. Apogee's suite of interactive web-based analytical tools facilitate our frequent collaboration.

Davies Consulting Inc. and Harbourfront Group continue a strategic alliance to share resources and work together in the areas of Asset Allocation Modelling, Competitive Intelligence Modelling and related consulting, certain regulatory issues, and other statistical and economic-related assignments.
