A team of five research, data processing, and administrative personnel supports our professional staff. Additionally, through a strategic alliance agreement, Black & Veatch provides engineering and analytical resources, as needed, to round out our project team. Similarly, Harbourfront Group personnel provide econometric, statistical, life cycle economics and expert witness services to enhance Black & Veatch's project teams.
Depending upon the consulting assignment, the Harbourfront team can call in the services of consulting experts from Davies Consulting and Black & Veatch. Both of these firms provide Harbourfront with the additional bandwidth necessary to address the most challenging of consulting or expert testimony assignments.
